Helen Doubnich, 79, of Redford, Mich., formerly of Canonsburg, died Wednesday, January 2, 2013, in her home.
She was born April 18, 1933, in Canonsburg, a daughter of the late Elizabeth Pazdera and Michael Doubnich of Park Row, Canonsburg.
She was a former employee of Fort Pitt Bridge Works before moving to Michigan.
Surviving are a sister, Dorothy, wife of the late George Chechuck of Avella, and many cousins, nieces and nephews in the southwestern area of Pennsylvania and in Michigan.
Deceased are two sisters, Julia, wife of the late Joseph Jindra, formerly of Houston, and Pauline, wife of the late Charles Durkacs, formerly of Detroit, Mich.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
