Harold H. Taylor, 76, of Prosperity, died Saturday, January 5, 2013, in his home.

He was born April 14, 1936, in Prosperity, a son of the late James W. and Elizabeth Jane Ashbrook Taylor.

Mr. Taylor was a lifelong farmer and previously worked for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.

He enjoyed visiting with his many friends, his dogs and spending time on his farm.

Surviving is his twin sister, Harriett G. Taylor, with whom he made his home.

At the request of the deceased, all services and interment were private and held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements were handled by Michael H. Heinrich Funeral Home, Claysville.
