Paul Robert Howard, 59, of Valley Grove, W.Va., died Wednesday, January 23, 2013, in UPMC-Shadyside hospital, Pittsburgh, following a four-month illness.

Arrangements are incomplete. Hummell and Jones Funeral Home, Washington, is assisting the family. A complete obituary will be published in a later edition.
