New York woman was born in Washington

Irene McClain Walther, 87, of Stephentown, N.Y., born in Washington to Sweeney and Beulah McClain, died Thursday, July 18, 2013.

Three children; sister Nora Gayle Mansfield; nieces; and nephews survive.

Siblings Jimmy and Lois are deceased.
