Member of Ave Maria Parish
Lucille Molesky, 91, of Bentleyville, died peacefully in her home Tuesday, July 23, 2013.
She was born September 17, 1921, in Beach Bottom, W.Va., a daughter of George and Mildred Turkaly.
Mrs. Molesky was member of Ave Maria Parish in Bentleyville, the Ladies Guild, Bentleyville Senior Center and the Croatian Fraternal Union Lodge 354 in Cokeburg.
Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Stanley (Stush) and Nancy Molesky of Indianapolis, Ind., and George and Kathleen Molesky of Belle Vernon; a daughter and son-in-law, Christina and Scott Higinbotham of Bentleyville; a sister, Ann Reven of Brownsburg, Ind.; eight grandchildren, Mark Molesky, Dawn Rayford, Maria Molesky, Aaron Molesky, Elaine Smearman, Rebecca Molesky, Megan Higinbotham and Adam Higinbotham; and eight great-grandchildren, Jaxon, Emma-Jean, Samantha, Charlotte Rose, Maddie, Colin, Bladen and Zoe Love.
Deceased are her husband, Stanley Molesky, who died December 25, 1987, and four brothers, Matthew, Joseph, George and John Turkaly.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in Leonard M. Pavlic Funeral Homes Inc., 405 Main Street, Bentleyville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 27, in Ave Maria Church, Bentleyville, with the Rev. Edward Yuhas, as celebrant. Internment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Carroll Township.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to Bentleyville Senior Center.
