1942 – 2013

Paul James White, 72, of Chartiers, formerly of Pleasant Grove and Taylorstown, died Sunday, June 2, 2013, in Washington County Health Center, Chartiers Township.

He was born May 25, 1942, in Washington, a son of the late Charles R. and Ellen G. Longstreath White.

Mr. White was the road truck driver for Frank Beatty and Besl Trucking.

He was married to Dorothy Mae Stanley, who is deceased.

Surviving are three sons, Dennis White of Eighty Four, Ken (Kelly) White of Washington and Jim (Brenda) White of Sioux Falls, S.D.; two brothers, Donald White of Pleasant Grove and Bill White of Claysville; two sisters, Carol Camp of Claysville and Mary Jane of Washington; five grandchildren, Cera Mae White, Danielle White, Brianna White, Megan White and Dustin White; and three foster grandchildren.

Deceased are three brothers, Melvin, Dean and Ray White, and a sister, Jean Sprowls.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 6, with the Rev. Meade. Lacock officiating. Burial will follow in Claysville Cemetery.
