Register of Wills retiree enjoyed family to the fullest

Mary Ann Naser, 62, of Washington, died Monday, June 3, 2013, after a brief illness, in her home, with her family at her side. 

She was born June 23, 1950, in Washington, a daughter of the late Theodore A. “Ted” Trapuzzano, who died on the same day of her death, June 3, and the late Mary J. Komec Trapuzzano.  

Mrs. Naser was a member of Immaculate Conception Church.  

She was a graduate of Immaculate Conception High School and Duffs Business School.  

Mrs. Naser had been employed by First National Bank, H&R Block, Washington County District Attorney’s Office and Washington County Register of Wills, from where she retired. She was a member of ISDA, TPA, Democratic Women, Keystone Club and BPOE Elks Lodge 776.  

Mrs. Naser enjoyed playing racquetball at the YMCA, loved to travel, especially to the beach, and enjoyed The Meadows casino. She enjoyed her family to the fullest. She loved all the good times, along with her husband, being with their grandchildren and great-grandchild. She always had a cute story about at least one of them when having a social conversation.

On July 22, 1972, she married Sean W. Naser, who survives.  

Also surviving are her children, Theodore A. “Ted” (Maria) Naser of Las Vegas, Nev., Shannon (Chad) Collins of Washington and Amy Naser of Las Vegas; sisters, Toni (Roger) Wood of Washington and Annabelle Trapuzzano of Washington; eight grandchildren, Priscilla Lopez, Shauni Collins, Ethan Collins, Sarai Carmona, Sonny Carmona, Xochilt Carmona, Cooper Collins and Bella Naser; a great-grandchild, Brooklyn Matta; nieces; and nephews. 

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Warco-Falvo Funeral Home Inc., Wilson at East Katherine avenues, Washington, S. Timothy Warco, supervisor/director, Susan Falvo Warco, director, S. Timothy Warco II, director. A prayer service will be held at 9 a.m. Friday, June 7, in the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Church, Washington, with the Rev. Michael A. Ruffalo as celebrant. Burial will follow in Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Peters Township. Memorial contributions can be made to Mary Ann Naser Benefit Fund, in care of Community Bank, Chestnut Street, Washington, PA 15301.
