Mary Lynn Tarbuck, 53, of Washington, died Tuesday, June 25, 2013, surrounded by her loving family by her side. She had been fighting cancer for the past six years.
She was born July 29, 1959, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of Gloria Cancelmi Graff of Washington and the late Stephen Graff.
Mrs. Tarbuck was a 1977 graduate of Trinity High School and a graduate of St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing.
She worked as a registered nurse in Pittsburgh hospitals’ CCU and ICU. She retired from nursing and began to work with her husband at Tarbuck P.I. and Associates.
Mrs. Tarbuck was very much a family person.
Her children and husband were her life. She loved to watch her daughter, Christina, during her cheerleading years and watching her son, Brandon, play baseball.
On August 20, 1983, she married Michael D. Tarbuck of Washington, who survives.
Surviving in addition to her husband and mother, are a daughter, Christina Michele Tarbuck, at home; a son, Brandon Michael Tarbuck, at home; a brother, Steve (Meredith) Graff of Washington; an aunt, Jean Cancelmi of Florida; a cousin, Dede (Kent) Golden of Florida; a niece, Lauren; a nephew, Christopher; a brother-in-law, Mark D. Tarbuck of Washington; and mother-in-law Nellie Tarbuck of Washington.
Deceased, in addition to her father, is her father-in-law, Mike Tarbuck Jr.
Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in Warco-Falvo Funeral Home Inc., Wilson at East Katherine avenues, Washington, S. Timothy Warco, supervisor/director, Susan Falvo Warco, director, S. Timothy Warco II, director, where a prayer service will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday, June 29, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Church, Washington.
