India Geneva Hall
India Geneva Hall, 71, of Washington, died Thursday, March 7, 2013, in Kade Nursing Home, Canton Township, following a lengthy illness.
She was born March 10, 1941, in Glendale, W.Va., a daughter of the late William Russell and Dora Leona Keller Streight.
Mrs. Hall was a homemaker and had worked as an aide in a nursing home.
She enjoyed her grandchildren, cooking and her dog, Bear.
Mrs. Hall was Christian.
Surviving are two sons, Victor (Cookie) Streight of Martins Ferry, Ohio, and Russell (Lynn) Hall of Marianna; a daughter, Mary (Charles Welling) Petrie of West Finley; a brother, Walter Streight of Moundsville, W.Va.; and three sisters, Martha Ray of Lancing, Ohio, Alice (Jim) Lyons of Glendale, W.Va., and Melissa Ott of Cameron, W.Va.; 12 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Tommy, Tubby and William; four sisters, Jessie, Betty, Margaret and Mary; and her longtime companion, Walter Blake.
Arrangements are private and are entrusted to William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.
