Ralph Walter Soukup, 65, of Burgettstown, died Monday, March 11, 2013, in Townview Health and Rehabilitation Center, Canonsburg.
He was born September 2, 1947, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late William and Martha Soukup.
Mr. Soukup was employed by the Board of Education of Pittsburgh Public Schools.
Surviving are a son, Ralph William Soukup of Sewickley; three daughters, Michelle (Beau) Dixon of Pittsburgh, Linda (Bill) Evans of Carnegie and Christina (Steve) Hall of Burgettstown; a sister, Shirl Soukup of Pittsburgh; six grandchildren, Markie and Shawn Laquatra, Kristen Dixon, Jessica Pendzich, Cyara Soukup and Cheyenne Hall; and three great-grandchildren, Jazzmynn Evans, William Evans and Harmoney Laquatra.
Deceased is his wife, Suzanne Smith Soukup.
