Mary V. Tucker

Mary V. “Ginny” Tucker, 74, of Bentleyville, formerly of New Port Richey, Fla., died Friday, April 26, 2013, in her home.

She was born August 11, 1938, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Willis Clifford and Ethyl Juanita Sanderson Gossett.

Mrs. Tucker was a member of First United Methodist Church, New Port Richey.

She was a graduate of Presbyterian Hospital School of Nursing, Pittsburgh, and worked as a registered nurse in Barberton Hospital.

On April 13, 1963, she married Theodore Tucker, who survives.

Also surviving are two daughters, Traci Tucker of Tampa, Fla., and Kari Beckett (Brian) of Scenery Hill; three grandchildren, Alex Germain, Wyatt Beckett and Loren Beckett; a brother, Frank Raymond (Debra) of Land-O-Lakes, Fla.; two sisters, Susan Brown of New Port Richey and Sandra Kerns (David) of Bentleyville; and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased, in addition to her parents, is a brother-in-law, Jack Brown.

A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, May 26, in Edwards Chapel United Methodist Church, 3111 Route 136, Finleyville.
