Family was the focus of her life
Faye Hess, 71, of Crescent Township, passed into eternal peace Thursday, November 21, 2013, in Good Samaritan Hospice, Beaver.
Surviving are six children, John Madden of Monaca, Roger Madden of Crescent Township, Loretta Andrews of Aliquippa, Blaine Hess Jr. of Hookstown, Darrell Hess of Keller, Texas, and Cheryl O’Brien of Crescent Township; grandchildren J.R. Madden, Bryan Madden, Kyonna Madden Castelucci, Michael Madden, Jeremiah Madden, Jenifer Madden, Mark Andrews, Douglas Andrews, Jill Andrews, Sadie Andrews, Matthew Andrews, Adam Hess, Tiffanie Hess Lightener, Hannah, Andrew, Logan, Olivia, Allison and Ethan Hess, Jacob O’Brien and Zoei O’Brien; 20 great-grandchildren; two brothers, James McGuirer of Prosperity and Riley Coffield of Washington; and a sister, Ellen Drosdick of McDonald.
Deceased are her husband, Blaine Hess Sr.; her parents, John and Belva Coffield; a brother, Robert McGuirer; two sisters, Kathryn Bell and Naomi Parker; and a granddaughter, Jessica Morehouse.
Mrs. Hess was a compassionate and loving soul for whom family was the center focus of her life. Her love unconditionally enfolded and supported them in all ways and in all things. She was a light to all and touched the hearts of all who knew her.
A memorial visitation and dinner for family and friends will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, November 24, in Raccoon Township fire hall, Patterson Road. Arrangements are by Copeland’s Funeral Home.
