McGraw Edison machinist served during Korean War

George W. Clark, 81, of Bridgeville, died Thursday, November 21, 2013.

He was the beloved husband of Regina “Shirley” Clark for 59 years; loving father of Randy (Barb) Clark, Sue (John) Van Der Lee, Tammy (Chuck) Gamble, Sharon Clark, Danny Clark, Marcia (Tim) Beard and Greg (Darlene) Clark; son of the late Victor and Ida Clark; brother of Jim Clark, Norma Kotarba and the late Dolores Smith; cherished grandfather of 13; and great-grandfather of three.

Mr. Clark served proudly with the U.S. Army during the Korean War and worked as a machinist for 45 years at McGraw Edison.

Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in Warchol Funeral Home Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, 412-221-3333. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday, November 26, in Holy Rosary Church, Muse. Interment and military honors to follow in National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Cecil Township.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
