Retired coal miner enjoyed the outdoors
William T. “Bill” Hess, 72, of Peters Township, passed away Thursday, October 3, 2013, surrounded by his loving family.
He was the beloved husband of Nancy L. Hess for 46 years; loving father of Daniel (Cindie) Bonomi, Timothy Bonomi, Kelly (Keith) Stanton and Billie Musolino; cherished grandfather of Nikkia, Trevor, Danny, Jamie, Kaylee, Meisha, Trista, Mariah, Anthony, Carlena, Tre, Brandon, Nevaeh and Liam; great-grandfather of Jaiden; and brother of Doris Gency and Coyla Kandall.
Mr. Hess enjoyed the outdoors.
He was employed for more than 35 years as a coal miner, until his retirement from Consol.
Friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday in Beinhauer Funeral Home, 2828 Washington Road, McMurray, 724-941-3211, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, October 8. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
