Elizabeth R. Prevost, 76, of Waynesburg, died Monday, October 7, 2013, in Washington Hospital.
She was born March 24, 1937, in Big Run, W.Va., a daughter of the late Raymond Guy Dulaney and Agnes Stoneking Dulaney.
Mrs. Dulaney was a homemaker and resided most of her life in Greene County.
She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Waynesburg.
She enjoyed arts and crafts.
Surviving are five children, Phillip Prevost of Aleppo, Hazel Prevost of Ohio, Linda Prevost of Clarksville, Robert Prevost of New Mexico and Donald Prevost of Prosperity; 11 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; two sisters, Peg Plut and Opal Fonner; six brothers, Buster, Kenneth, Carl, Melvin, Leonard and Sam Dulaney; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Deceased are a son, Melvin Prevost, and four brothers, Raymond, James, Glenn and Ronald Dulaney.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the time of service, Friday, October 10, in Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 182 West High Street, Waynesburg, with the Rev. Edward Woods officiating. Interment will follow in Hutches Cemetery, Springhill Township. Condolences may be offered at www.behmfh.com.
