James Timothy Faris
Washington resident enjoyed hunting & fishing
James Timothy Faris, 54, of Washington, died unexpectedly Thursday, October 17, 2013, in Washington Hospital.
He was born August 16, 1959, in Washington, D.C., a son of the late James Robert and Lina Diegelmann Faris.
After high school graduation, Mr. Faris attended machinist school for two years. He worked as a machinist at Miller Cetrifugal Casting, Cecil Township.
He was a member of Friendship Community Church and Sons of the American Legion in Marianna.
Mr. Faris enjoyed hunting and fishing.
On December 2, 1989, he married Amy Randolph, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, James Faris; two daughters, Brittany Faris and Jamie Faris, all of Washington; a sister, Ruth Peacock of Atlanta, Ga.; and a grandson, Neil Campbell.
Deceased is a sister, Gladys “Loni” Kozdra.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in William G. Neal Funeral Home Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. A memorial service will be held at noon Monday, October 21, in Friendship Community Church, Washington, with the Rev. Rick Bruckner officiating.
