George Cizmek, 97, of Bentleyville, died unexpectedly Monday, October 28, 2013.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete and under the direction of Greenlee Funeral Home, 619 Main Street, Bentleyville. A complete obituary will appear in a later edition.
