Enjoyed spending time with family

Anna Marie Grant, 95, of Slovan, died Tuesday, October 29, 2013, in Washington County Health Center, Chartiers Township.

She was born October 16, 1918, in Piscataway, N.J.

Mrs. Grant was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Surviving are a son, William “Boogie” Grant of Slovan; five granddaughters, Linda Grant of St. Augustine, Fla., Laurie Stevens of Burgettstown, Terri McCoy of Slovan, Tia Shore of Avella and Melissa Grant of Burgettstown; 11 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

Deceased are a daughter, Dorothy Grant, and several brothers and sisters.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in Taucher Funeral Home, 23 Erie Mine Road, Burgettstown, where services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 2, with the Rev. Dan Ekas officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Burgettstown.
