Surviving are a twin brother, William (Donna) of Washington; a niece, Rachael Anne Crosbie; a cousin, Bonnie (Dick) Siegfried of Denver, Colo., a special friend, Deana of Houston; and a special aunt and uncle, Frank and Edna Gordon of Washington.

Burial will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, September 13, in Washington Cemetery. Everyone is asked to please meet at the front gate of the cemetery. A guest book may be accessed at www.dignitymemorial.com/forrest-park-westheimer-funeral-home.
