Frank Albert Tulock, 36, of Washington, died Sunday, September 8, 2013.
He was born April 7, 1977, in Washington, a son of Frank Tulock Jr. and Ruth Donley Tulock of Washington.
Mr. Tulock was a graduate of Trinity High School and attended Rosedale Tech.
He was the head mechanic at Steubenville Pike Auto.
Mr. Tulock enjoyed spending time with his children, fishing, riding four-wheelers and watching football, especially the Steelers.
He was Baptist.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are his companion, Tiffani Merrill; a son, Brennen Tulock; a stepson, Joey Garrett; a stepdaughter, Mya Garrett, all of Weirton, W.Va.; a sister, Brandi Tulock (fiancé David Charlesworth) of Wellsburg, W.Va.; maternal grandmother, Rose Wilhoft Donley of Washington; and a niece, Lacey Charlesworth.
Deceased are his maternal grandfather, Albert Donley Sr., and his paternal grandparents, Frank Tulock Sr. and Freda Yater Tulock.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in William G. Neal Funeral Home Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, September 13.
