Reuben “Smokey” White, 84, died Monday, January 27, 2014.
Mr. White operated the carousel at Washington County Fair for 47 years.
Surviving are wife Carol and son Jacob Hutchison.
Services will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday, February 3, in Emmanuel Tabernacle Church, Washington.
