Christine Anne “Teena” Fusco McDonald, 75, of Washington, formerly of Reynoldsville, died Sunday, February 2, 2014, in Consulate Health Care, North Strabane Township.
She was born October 12, 1938, in Reynoldsville, a daughter of the late Bernard Fusco and Viola Palaggo Fusco.
Mrs. McDonald was a graduate of St. Vincent’s Hospital School of Nursing and worked as a registered nurse at Locust Manor.
She was Catholic.
On October 25, 1959, she married John McDonald, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Steven (Anne) McDonald of Herndon, Va., and Scott (Laura) McDonald of Robinson Township, Allegheny County; a brother, Louis (Madeline) Fusco of Reynoldsville; a sister, Jacquelyn Bowers of Reynoldsville; and five grandchildren, Jordan, Erin, Ryann, Patrick and Alexandra McDonald.
A memorial visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, February 7, in Immaculate Conception Church, Washington. Those attending the Mass should go directly to the church.
