Jerry Dichak passed away Monday, February 3, 2014.
She was a daughter of Ruth and Lou Dichak. Daughter Kelly Dichak survives.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, February 8, in New Hope Church of Nazarene, Washington.
