Phyllis R. Richardson, 82, died Sunday, February 9, 2014, in Grand Strand Regional Medical Center, Myrtle Beach, S.C.
Born July 11, 1931, in Washington Township, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Harvey H. and Ruth Turner Richardson.
Surviving are her husband of 56 years, James E. Richardson; daughter Karla Garner; sister Peggy Essinger; and two grandchildren, Kimberly and Kristopher.
