Thalma Cora Feiszli, 91, of Washington, died February 18, 2014, in Southmont of Presbyterian SeniorCare.
She was born February 18, 1923, in Washington, the daughter of Preston Garrett Roach and Madaline Elizabeth Chesser Roach.
She was a 1942 graduate of Washington High School. Mrs. Feiszli was a clerk/manager at the Fashion Hosiery Shop for more than 20 years. She then worked at Bull International until her retirement. She was a member of West Washington Methodist Church and the White Shrine of Jerusalem. She enjoyed yard work and flower and vegetable gardening.
On May 29, 1942, she married Norman William “Bud” Feiszli, who died December 23, 1988.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; and great-great-nephews.
Deceased are two brothers, Kenneth Roach and Bobby Roach, and two sisters, Betty Mae Bedillion and Vivian Elizabeth Batove.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, February 20, inWilliam G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 8 p.m. Burial will be private. Additional information and a guest book are available at www.NealFuneralHome.com.
