South Fayette Township woman enjoyed gardening
Jane Munnell McCallough, 79, of South Fayette Township, died Thursday, January 16, 2014, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born March 19, 1934, in Ligonier, a daughter of the late Ralph and Marcella Wagner Munnell.
On December 16, 1972, she married Jack McCallough, who survives.
Mrs. McCallough enjoyed gardening, cooking and loved flowers. She was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan.
Surviving, along with her husband, are three children, Daniel (Lori) Rinehart, Nancy Jane (Perry) Morgan and John J. McCallough III; five grandchildren, Sean (Samantha) Morgan, Jamie Morgan, Philip “Bubba” Morgan, Danny Rinehart and Nicole (Isaiah) Foust; a brother, Ralph (Ruth) Munnell; and a sister, Marcia (Ron) Cellone.
Deceased is a brother; Tom Munnell.
Caring Hospice and the staff at McMurray Hills Manor provided loving care to Mrs. McCallough.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in Warchol Funeral Home Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, 412-221-3333. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Holy Child Church, Bridgeville, with the Rev. Robert Meyer as celebrant.
