Andrew Kyle Flory Jr. of Washington died on the day of his birth, Saturday, September 19, 2015, in Washington Hospital.
Surviving are his parents, Andrew K. Flory Sr. and Shannon Phillipson of Washington; maternal grandmother Linda Rossell of Fredericktown; maternal great-grandfather James Smith of Scenery Hill; paternal grandmother Rose Vrabel (Jason) of Bentleyville; and paternal great-grandmother Dixie LaRew (Russell) of Marianna.
A private burial service was held in Washington Cemetery.
