David Richard Price, 93, of Washington, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2017, at The Grove at Washington.
He was born March 3, 1924, in Los Angeles, Calif., a son of the late Thomas Crump Price and Flora May Woodman Price.
Mr. Price was a graduate of Little Eagle of California High School.
He served in the U.S. Army.
Mr. Price was employed by Oil Creek Plastics in Titusville.
He was a member of Washington Allegheny Wesleyan Methodist Church. He served as a pastor for 25 years.
Mr. Price enjoyed fishing, going to the park and taking long drives. He was famous for his homemade angel food cake. At one time a foster parent, he had a great love for children.
On May 11, 1989, he married Gayle Tilton, who survives.
A memorial service will be held March 3, 2018, in Washington Allegheny Wesleyan Methodist Church, 545 Shirls Avenue, Washington, PA 15301. At the request of the deceased, interment will be private.
