M. Frank Burns

M. Frank Burns, 82, of Cranberry Township, passed away Thursday, December 14, 2017, in the comfort of his home, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born May 12, 1935, in Wind Ridge, Greene County, a son of the late Morris A. and Irene Wiley Burns.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 63 years, Marilyn Smith Burns; his children, David Jay Burns of Cranberry Township, Scott F. (Valorie) Burns of Renfrew and Amy D. (Lee) Orr of Cranberry Township; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; his siblings, James Burns and John Burns, both of Waynesburg, and Sue Mazzei of West Palm Beach, Fla.; and his loyal friend and business colleague, Tom Morris.

Deceased, in addition to his parents, are a son, Michael Burns; a brother, Jack Burns; a daughter-in-law, Leslie; and two grandsons, Benjamin and Mark.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday and Monday in Boylan-Glenn Kildoo Funeral Home Inc., 130 Wisconsin Avenue, Cranberry Township, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 19, with the Rev. Cody Freeman of Three Rivers Free Will Baptist Church officiating. He will be entombed at Pinewood Memorial Gardens, Cranberry Township.
