On December 21, 2017, beloved sister and friend, Cecelia Yerace Dorazio, 89, peacefully passed away in her home, surrounded by family and friends.
Mrs. Dorazio, known by most as “Cil,” was a daughter of the late Bruno and Lena Gallo Yerace.
She was the beloved wife of the late Angelo Dominick Dorazio and sister of Felix (Eileen) Yerace.
On October 25, 1949, she married her husband of 62 years, Angelo Dorazio, who died December 2, 2011.
A Washington County native and Realtor for 40 years, Mrs. Dorazio dedicated her life to loving her husband and her cats. She was always there when her family or friends needed support, advice or just a kind word.
She will also be remembered for her love of cooking, gardening, music, animals, playing the accordion and organ, and her adventurous spirit.
Friends are welcome from 9 to 10 a.m., the time of blessing service, Saturday, December 23, in Thompson-Marodi Funeral Home Inc., 809 Main Street, Bentleyville, 724-239-2255, with the Rev. Edward L. Yuhas officiating. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Monongahela.
