Lily Jeanette Perrache, 90, of Washington, died Wednesday, December 20, 2017, in Transitions Healthcare.
She was born September 23, 1927, in London, England, a daughter of the late John H. and Edith Empson Steggles.
Mrs. Perrache was Episcopalian.
She was a graduate of All Souls’ School, London.
Mrs. Perrache worked as a milliner and seamstress for Capital Hat Shop.
In April of 1951, in Washington, she married Pierre A. Perrache, who survives.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are a son, Glenn (Linda) Perrache of Washington; a daughter, Simmon Linden of Washington; a brother, John (Penny) Steggles of Washington; four sisters, Lucy Grossman of Washington, Irene Hendee of Burlington, Vt., Maureen Hewitt of Washington and Janice Conelly of Roanoke, Va.; six grandchildren, David (Jodi) Perrache, Jacob (Mandy) Perrache, Maximillien (Lisa) Perrache, Casey (Brandi) Linden, Jonathan (Courtney) Linden and Timothy (Jessica) Linden; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased, in addition to her parents, is a son-in-law, John Linden.
