Allen Dale Lemley, 73, of Mt. Morris, died at 7:30 a.m. Monday, December 25, 2017, in his home.
He was born Friday, April 7, 1944, in Waynesburg, a son of the late Edward Dewey Lemley and Martha Price Lemley.
Mr. Lemley attended Mt. Morris United Methodist Church.
He enjoyed classic cars, tractors and bluegrass music.
Mr. Lemley retired as a Perry Township supervisor.
His wife, Charlotte K. Cobb Lemley, whom he married July 7, 1971, died December 13, 1995.
Surviving are two daughters, Kimberly L. Miller and husband Rick of Mt. Morris and Stacy Ann Lemley and husband Mickey of Mt. Morris; two sisters, Jane Richmond and husband Grant of Kokomo, Ind., and Lois Mae Blaker and husband Jerry of Mt. Morris; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are a sister, Anna Lou Lemley, and a brother, Charles Lemley.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home Inc., Daryl L. Throckmorton, owner/director, 324 Mt. Morris Road, P.O. Box 478, Mt. Morris, PA 15349, where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, December 29, with Pastor Rose Saunders officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Mt. Morris.
