Elizabeth Jane Urbanik, 89, of Nashport, Ohio, died Friday, December 22, 2017.
She was born January 16, 1928, in Shamokin, a daughter of the late James Tarr and Elizabeth Faust Tarr.
She attended Washington High School and worked as a baker for Washington School District for 26 years.
She was a member of Fourth Presbyterian Church and Ladies Aide Society of the Church.
She enjoyed reading, sewing, playing cards and vacationing in Canada.
On November 12, 1948, she married John Urbanik, who died in March 5, 2006.
Surviving are a son, John J. Urbanik of Washington; a daughter, Kathy Graff of Nashport, Ohio; three grandchildren, William (Jessica) Urbanik, Georgia (Andy) Ullum and Heather Graff (Robert) McLain; five great-grandchildren, Aidan and Jacob Urbanik, Emma and Krysten Ullom and Cole Kasula; and daughter-in-law Janice Urbanik.
Deceased, in addition to her husband and parents, is a son, William Urbanik.
All services were private. Arrangements have been entrusted William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. Burial was held in Washington Cemetery.
