Dorothy J. Kickel, 81, of Avella, died Friday, November 3, 2017, in St. Clair Hospital, Bethel Park.
She was born May 29, 1936, in Monongahela, a daughter of Michael and Annie Parasolick Kickel.
Ms. Kickel loved music, jewelry, going to the movies, Kennywood, museums and Elvis Presley.
She is survived by two sisters, Helen Kickel of Pittsburgh and Martha Affinito of Monongahela and many wonderful nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, deceased are her sister, Annie Boros, and three brothers, George, Michael and Charles Kickel.
Friends will be received from 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday, November 7, in Frye Funeral Home Inc., 427 West Main Street, Monongahela, where a blessing service will be held at noon with the Rev. William Terza officiating. Interment will follow in Monongahela Cemetery.
