Leah Jane Robey, 74, of Graysville, passed away and went to be with her Lord Wednesday, November 15, 2017, with loving family by her side. She was a breast cancer survivor, but lost her two-year battle with ALS.

She was born January 21, 1943, a daughter of the late Charles and Hazel McCollough Coffield. She spent most of her life in the Graysville area.

Mrs. Robey worked as a school bus driver for West Greene School District for more than 20 years. She was formerly employed as a meat packer for Baldwin’s in Graysville.

She found great joy in sharing her passion for baking and cooking with her loved ones and hosting family gatherings. She enjoyed hunting, camping and being outdoors. One of her passions was taking care of her beautiful flowers, which she took pride in. She was highly admired by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 47 years, Richard “Dick” Robey of Graysville. She was also the cherished mother of four children, Terry (Debbie) Cooper of Graysville, Cindy (Ronnie) Eddy of Iuka, W.Va., Patty (Donnie) Reynolds of Cameron, W.Va., and Marie “Cricket” (Owen) Coffman of Graysville, and two stepchildren, Ardene Ash and Robin Ribera. She was also a dear grandma of 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren and had two sisters, Beverly Jacobs of Wind Ridge and Sandra Whipkey of Graysville.

Deceased, in addition to her parents, are a stepson, Steve Robey, and an infant brother.

Friends will be received from 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday in Kesterson-Rush Funeral Home LLC, 3275 West Roy Furman Highway, Rogersville, PA 15359, 724-499-5181. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, November 20, in First Assembly of God, 4131 West Roy Furman Highway, Waynesburg, PA 15370, with the Rev. Jim Galbraith and Pastor Paul Thomas co-officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Wind Ridge.
