Robert Lewis “Blackie” Black, 74, of Washington, died Sunday, November 26, 2017, in his home.
He was born November 18, 1943, in Washington, a son of the late William and Mary McCartney Black.
Mr. Black attended Washington High School.
He owned his own scrap hauling company.
Mr. Black enjoyed watching television, playing guitar and doing puzzles. A man who loved a good joke, he also loved dogs and collecting old cars.
Surviving are two sons, Robert Lewis Black Jr. of Washington and William Black of Washington, and two sisters, Betty and Sis.
Deceased are three brothers, Billy, Cliff and Clarence Black.
At the request of the deceased, all services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
