Mildred Frances Hartmann, 81, of Pittsburgh, formerly of Canonsburg, passed away suddenly to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday, October 22, 2017.

Surviving are her two beloved daughters, Debbie Riley and Valerie (Keith) Kindlin; brother John (Sara) Chesnic; loving grandmother of Jackie (Jason) Removcik, William (Theresa) Anderson, Michael (Shellee) Anderson, Christopher (Amy) Anderson, and Jamie (Andy) Tesfazion; nine great- grandchildren; her close friend, Joann (Ed) Lovejoy; as well as nieces, a nephew and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Frances Chesnic, and brother Leo Chesnic.

She was a member of Baldwin United Presbyterian Church, a devoted mother and grandmother, and always remembered the special occasions of the people she held close to her.

The caregivers of Jefferson Hills Manor provided her with great care over the past 2 years.

Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Inc., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills, PA 15236, where a funeral ceremony will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, October 26.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
