Richard Allen “Ricky O” Oliverio, 64, of Washington, passed away Sunday, October 22, 2017, as a result of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
He was born February 24, 1953, in Washington, a son of the late Joseph Oliverio and Mary Ruth Mounts Oliverio.
He was a 1971 graduate of Trinity High School.
Mr. Oliverio was owner of Oliverio Welding and was also a welder with Iron Workers Local 3.
He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and a member of Sundowners Motorcycle Club. He enjoyed water sports and fishing. He would spend the winter months at his second home in Florida, traveling and visiting friends. He would open his door to anyone in need.
Surviving are his companion of 10 years, Annie Fiorentini; a son, Nathan Oliverio of Washington; a sister, Ruth Ann (George) Morrell of Scenery Hill; three nephews, George Dominick (Julianna) Morrell, Jefferey Davide Morrell and Matthew Jason (Yvette) Morrell; and great-nephews and great-nieces George Morrell, Dylan Morrell, Mackenzie Morrell, Makalia Morrell, Mackenna Morrell, Isabella Morrell and Addison Morrell.
Deceased are two brothers, Terry Vincent (Donna) Oliverio and Joseph Anthony Oliverio.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday in William G. Neal Funeral Home Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, PA 15301, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 28. Interment will follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
