Mike Blastak, 92, of Cokeburg, died Sunday morning, October 22, 2017, in Monongahela Valley Hospital.
He was born July 14, 1925, in Ontario, a son of the late Mike and Eva Skavinsky Blastak.
Mr. Blastak retired from Carboy, a division of General Electric in Warren, Mich., after 37 years of service.
He was a member of St. Katharine Drexel Parish.
Surviving are six brothers, Father Leonard Blostic T.O.R., William Blostic, Anthony Blostic and Richard Blostic, all of Cokeburg, Edward Blostic (Kathy) of Scenery Hill and Charles Blostic of Strongsville, Ohio; three sisters, Sister Patricia Blostic S.M.I.C. of Watchung, N.J., Sister Eve Blostic O.S.F. of Pittsburgh, Bell Vue, and Sister Wanda Blosti, O.C.D. of Latrobe; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are four brothers, Thomas, Joseph, Stanley and Andrew Blostic, and six sisters, Stella Stuart, Helen Mance, Carol Lilley, Mary Geffert, Elizabeth and Dolores Blostic.
A private Mass of Christian Burial was held in St. Katharine Drexel Parish, Bentleyville Campus. Interment was in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
