Raymond J. Bish, 69, of Bulger, Robinson Township, passed away peacefully Sunday, October 29, 2017, in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.
He was born June 5, 1948, in Midway, a son of the late John F. and Dorothy E. Bish.
Mr. Bish retired from Fort Cherry High School as a custodian and was also owner of Bish Appliance in Midway.
He was a member of Midway Methodist Church and McDonald Lions Club.
Mr. Bish will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by his four siblings, Robert H. (Marcia) Bish of Midway, John E. (Linda) Bish of Bulger, Janice R. (Carlos) Romero of Kissimmee, Fla., and Shirley A. (Joseph) Cagnina of Connellsville. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
Deceased, in addition to his parents, is a sister, Elda Elias.
Friends and family will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Thomas-Little Funeral Service Inc., 106 St. John Street, Midway, 724-796-3301. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, November 3, in Midway United Methodist Church, 104 Jefferson Street, Midway. Anyone wishing to attend the service is asked to meet at the church. Interment will follow in Center Cemetery, Midway.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Midway Volunteer Fire Department or Midway United Methodist Church.
