Joseph H. Dunn
Joseph H. Dunn, 46, of Eighty Four, died suddenly Sunday, April 29, 2018, in his home.
He was born June 23, 1971, in Washington, a son of the Edith Redigan Dunn and the late Harold B. “Pete” Dunn Jr.
He attended Canon-McMillan High School and Pittsburgh Beauty Academy and was a licensed teacher of cosmetology. He lived and worked in New York City for many years.
He was known for his quick wit, sense of humor and generous spirit, and he was dearly loved by his many friends and his family.
He is survived by two sisters, Deborah Ralston and Cynthia (Bill) Knestrick and a brother Kevin (Robin) Dunn, all of Washington; brothers Bryan (Diana) Dunn of Susanville, Calif., and Dennis (Anita Kern) Dunn of Butler; and many nieces and nephews.
Deceased, in addition to his father, is his brother-in-law, David Arbuckle.
The family will receive guests from 10 a.m. to noon, the hour of services, Saturday, May 5, in Piatt Barnhill Funeral Home, 420 Locust Avenue, Washington, officiated by the Rev. Dawn Sherwood of Emmanuel United Presbyterian Church of Route 519 in Eighty Four, PA 15330. Memorials can be directed to Emmanuel United Presbyterian Church.
