Shannon Nicole Bennett was welcomed into heaven Saturday, July 21, 2018, where mother Lynn Wayne Terrell Bennett and close cousin Treva Nicole Terrell were waiting with open arms.

Born March 26, 1977, in Washington, Shannon was a daughter of deceased mother Lynn W. Bennett and stepdaughter of Cordell L. Bennett.

She will be extremely missed by her two children, Citana and Aidan Bennett, whom she adored; sisters Elaina and Almira Bennett; brother Samuel Wheeler Jr.; and close cousin Jason Terrell. They will forever miss her. Grandchildren Bella and Luis Cruz Jr. cherished and adored their “GiGi.” She will be missed by Sam and Cameron Bennett, Kristopher, Kelly, David and DeyJa Shields. Alexis and LaLasia Wheeler are deeply saddened by their aunt Shannon’s passing. Shannon leaves behind a host of other family members.

Shannon enjoyed horror movies, dancing and listening to music and spending time with her family and close friends. She was known for her quick witticisms and crazy antics and was always the life of the party.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, August 10, in Refuge Church of God, 615 Euclid Avenue, Canonsburg, PA 15317.
