Linda K. Enoff
Linda K. Enoff, 53, of Greensboro, went into her Savior’s arms Monday, August 6, 2018, following her long and courageous battle with breast cancer.
She was born August 5, 1965, in Greene County Memorial Hospital, Franklin Township, Greene County, a daughter of Dolores J. Rychtarsky Enoff of Greensboro and the late Emil R. Enoff.
Linda was a 1984 graduate of Mapletown High School and attended Uniontown Beauty Academy. She briefly worked in local salons. She also was licensed in insurance sales and worked in local agencies for several years. She later completed course work in medical billing and was employed for 16 years with WVU Medicine, where she most recently worked as a scheduler with the call center.
Linda grew up as a member of the former Holy Family Catholic Church in Greensboro, where she taught Confraternity of Christian Doctrine classes and was a member of the choir. She was currently a member of St. Ignatius of Antioch Roman Catholic Church in Bobtown.
God, family and friends were the focus of Linda’s life. She enjoyed spending time in prayer and reading scriptures. Some of her other passions included home decorating, fashion, crafting and baking. Linda loved spending her summers outdoors with gardening and home projects. She often shared her gift of decorating at family gatherings, celebrations and during the holidays. Linda was always selfless, attending to the needs of family members, friends and others. Her memory will be forever cherished by all she touched.
Surviving, in addition to her mother, are three brothers, Emil R. Enoff Jr. and wife Beverly and Richard Enoff and wife Beth, all of Greensboro, and Ronald R. Enoff and wife Robin of Morgantown, W.Va.; three sisters, Joyce L. Enoff and significant other Debbie Montague of Charleston, W.Va., Cindy S. Grim and husband Reuben of Greensboro and Patricia Enoff Stewart and significant other Michael Baird of Meadville; a brother-in-law, Michael Ansell of Waynesburg; two uncles, Louis Enoff and wife Diane of Westminster, Md., and Frank Rychtarsky and wife Charlotte of Carmichaels; two aunts, Katy Gould of Fredericktown and Helen Hindman of Morgantown; several cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and numerous friends Linda considered family.
Deceased, in addition to her father, is a sister, Dolly J. Enoff-Ansell, who also supported Linda significantly in her battle with cancer.
Family and friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Yoskovich Funeral Home, 300 South Vine Street, Carmichaels, 724-966-5500, Martin J. Yoskovich, funeral director. where a blessing service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, August 10. A Mass of the Resurrection will follow at 11 a.m. in St. Hugh Roman Catholic Church, 408 Route 88, Carmichaels, with the Rev. John M. Bauer as celebrant. Interment will follow in Monongahela Hill Cemetery, Mapletown. A vigil service will be held at 3:45 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
