Bryan Plute, 67, of Lawrence, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Friday, August 17, 2018.

Born September 20, 1950, he was a son of the late Ethel and William Plute.

He was the beloved husband of the late Beverly Plute; loving father of Casie (Kenneth) Slaby, Shelby (Eugene Heasley) Plute, Brianne (Yadin) Collins and Devin (Tim) Goroncy; cherished grandfather of Evan Eckert, Logan and Izabella Foutz, Hayleigh and Jorja McCowin, Brayden, Bryce and BriElla Collins, and Paisley and Everly Goroncy; great-grandfather of Bentley Eckert; and dear brother of Kenneth (Blanche) Plute, Cynthia (Michael) Betarie, Carol (Joseph) McElravy, William (Karen) Plute and the late Jeffrey Plute.

Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.

Bryan loved fishing and coaching soccer. He also enjoyed drinks at camp with family and friends. He was an avid Pitt fan. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.

Family and friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday in Cremation & Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317, 724-260-5546, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 21. Burial will immediately follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, McMurray.
