JoAnn A. Hollier, 80, of Washington, died Saturday, August 18, 2018, following a brief illness.

She was born October 13, 1937, in Washington.

Mrs. Hollier attended Immaculate Conception High School and was Catholic. She worked as a nanny for a local Washington family for 20 years and loved to dance.

Surviving are two sons, Gary (Barbara) Hollier of Eighty Four and Randy (Susan) Hollier of Kingwood, W.Va.; brother Carl (Patti) Gajarsky of St. Louis, Mo.; sister Caroline McQuade of New York; four grandchildren, Sean, Sarah, Matt and Ali; and three great-grandchildren, Austin, Colt and Charlie.

Mrs. Hollier was preceded in death by her first husband, Wilbert M. Hollier, and second husband, Roy Wright Jr.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m., the hour of a funeral service, Thursday, August 23, in Warco-Falvo Funeral Home Inc., Wilson at East Katherine avenues, Washington, S. Timothy Warco, supervisor/director, Susan Falvo Warco, director, S. Timothy Warco II, director. Interment will be private.
