Edward Moran Mirenna
Edward Moran Mirenna, 87, of Canonsburg, died Thursday, August 23, 2018.
He was born May 15, 1931, in Carrick, a son of Frank and Carmella Bisceglia Moran.
Ed was a member of St. Patrick Parish, Canonsburg.
He was a member of White Eagles Society and American Legion Post 902.
He proudly served his county in the U.S. Army for four years during the Korean conflict.
Prior to his retirement, he was a self-employed carpenter who specialized in home remodeling.
Ed was the last of his immediate family and is survived by several nieces and nephews and his companion, Irene Manduzio.
Deceased, in addition to his parents, are his brothers, Frank, George, Albert and Tony, and his sisters, Elizabeth, Elsie, Jennie, Rosie, Lillian and Eva.
Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Sollon Funeral and Cremation Services Ltd., 30 East College Street, Canonsburg, Phillip L. Sollon, supervisor, J. David Sollon, director, 724-746-1000, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, August 27. Interment will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery, Canonsburg.
