Elva A. Collins, 88, of Washington, formerly of Pittsburgh and Brownsville, died Thursday, August 30, 2018, in Strabane Woods of Washington.
She was predeceased by her husband, Edwin Collins.
Elva has three children, Carol Zihar, William Collins and Michael Collins; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She is survived by sister Lorraine and two brothers, Paul and Michael.
Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and 10 to 11 a.m., the hour of service, Tuesday, September 4, in Skirpan Funeral Home, 135 Park Street, Brownsville. Interment in Lafayette Memorial Park.
