In addition to her parents, deceased are two husbands, William Gabler and Frank Vlassick; four brothers, John, Walter, Paul and Michael Twardon; sister Katherine Barni; and granddaughter Rebecca Benamati.

She is survived by two sons, John Robson (Vicki) of Washington and Robert Robson (Charlene) of Markleysburg; an adopted son, Chris Gabler of Republic; six grandchildren, Kelly Engel of Washington, Robert Robson Jr. of Canonsburg, John Robson Jr. of Houston and Ryan, Sabrina and Brenda Gabler, all of Republic; two stepsons, Robbie Gabler of Morgantown, W.Va., and George Gabler of Asheville, N.C.; eight great-grandchildren, Kyle and Dalton Reed, Brayden and John Robson, Logan Robson and Ashton, Mia and Maya Gabler.

She was generous to a fault and loved to play bingo and bake. She was well-known for her apple and rhubarb pies and especially her pie crust. She will be sadly missed by all she touched.

There was no viewing or funeral, and she donated her body to science. A memorial will be held at a later date.

The family asks, in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to United Methodist Committee on Relief or the charity of one’s choice.
