Barbara Anne Brletich
Barbara Anne Brletich, 74, of Daisytown (Clover Hill), passed away Monday, February 12, 2018, in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, following a brief illness.
She was born September 14, 1943, in Bentleyville, a daughter of the late Glenn and Martina Hahn Gutherie.
She was employed as a home health aide for many years with various agencies, caring for the elderly.
She enjoyed spending time with friends, working in the yard, singing, bowling, watching “Days of Our Lives” and Yahtzee.
She was former member of St. Luke Church, Bentleyville, and the church choir. She was also a former member of Women’s Bowling League at Tan-O-Bell Lanes.
Surviving are three children, Harry Crespo (Melissa) of Raleigh, N.C., Martina Thomas of Mon Valley and Dan Brletich of Clover Hill; three grandchildren, Amanda Hornick, Katelyn Crespo and Kala Thomas; a sister, Katherine Gannis (John) of Brentwood; two brothers, Glenn Gutherie (Helen) of Ft. Meyers, Fla., and Roger Gutherie (Starr) of Carmichaels; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased, in addition to her parents, is a brother, Don Little.
Friends will be received from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday in Greenlee Funeral Home, 619 Main Street, Bentleyville, where a blessing service will held at 11 a.m. Friday, February 16. Interment will follow in Monongahela Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Mrs. Claus Club, 56 Lanik Road, Bentleyville, PA 15314.
