Brittany Elizabeth Mancini, 23, of Beallsville, died Friday, February 23, 2018, in Washington Hospital.
She was born November 17, 1994, in Washington, a daughter of Samuel Mancini and Joey Lynn Durbin Mancini.
Miss Mancini was a 2013 graduate of McGuffey High School, where she attended vo-tech for cosmetology.
She worked at Gabe’s in Washington, and most recently, at CVS in Richeyville.
On November 19, 2017, she gave birth to Bentley Michael Sakel, three days later, she went in for open heart surgery while her baby was transferred to Children’s Hospital NICU.
After this long battle, she succumbed to leaving her son, Bentley; the love of her life, Ben Sakel, of whom she was so very proud of his concrete work; mother Joey Lynn Durbin-Mancini; grandmother Elizabeth Reese; Bentley’s Bubby and Poppy, George and Sharen Sakel; brother Samuel Mancini; aunts Donna Siber and Anita Hixson; as well as many aunts, uncles and extended family.
She leaves behind her dog, Oreo.
Preceding her in death are her father, Samuel Paul Mancini; grandparents Samuel and Dorothy Stoskel Mancini; and a cousin, Marc Hixson.
Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in Nichol Funeral Home, 1873 East Maiden Street, Washington, PA 15301, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 28. Interment will follow in Horn Cemetery, Marianna.
